Seems that many of those people would qualify as a salary cap specialist and general manager; and probably make better personnel moves... I'd prefer to see a better management plan with regards to the salary cap so that we have at least 25% turnover flexibility each season... Then we'd be enabled to sign upward trending, younger players and weathering bad signings for one season rather than three... |
