If it is for 3 years then it is a risky move and has a good chance of turning into a D signing.

Regardless, I like the signing and was all for it when he was released by the Rams.

Sure hope Ireland has Su'a Cravens, Darren Lee & Deion Jones on his short list of candidates for the upcoming draft. We need another fast LB who can cover.

It seems we need three positions on defense as well as oline. I keep hearing the secondary was not playing well because of no pass rush. We're not going to be complete on defense next year so something will have to be sacrificed.

As was said above, we need a fast LB that can cover. Since it looks like they're not going to sign one I hope to God they draft one. Ellerbe is good but the guy is made of paper mache.
