I remember going to a friends house for a party in Birmingham. We had nothing but Falclowns fans there. I was drunk of course and they all wanted Minnesota to win and I couldn't say **** after the first quarter because it was all downhill from the first play.

Did the Saints offense take the day off? They were hardly on the field.

I was living in MPLS at the time and people were all getting in my face and they could not understand why I was not upset. When we left the bar a friend ask me why i was not upset.

LMAO I said it was simple. We made the playoffs for the first time and that is all that matters in the end.

we made it

I saw his last game in Dallas in '84... The Snake Stabler Horror Show, where we blew a 21 pt. lead. He was an old man in a field full of men in their prime, and he didnt belong on that field. It was the one time I was screaming for Dave Wilson.

Up 27-6 going into the 4th

Sunday night game, my freshman year in college. Had a 7:45am Monday morning test.
I was there... had a 3 hour drive home. it was like a funeral. Oh,and the game went until 1am, overtime, because of presidential debate.
