I really don't care so much about the score, what I hope to see...

1. Good solid fundamentals on both sides, blocking/tackling
2. Sound assignment discipline, less confusion.
3. Ball security
4. A pass rush (by our starters)
5. Run defense (not concerned about a rookie giving up a splash play that skews stats)
6. Attitude - I hope its nasty on both side of the ball.

Positions I'm excited and curious about...
1. CB play. Are the young pups really that talented?
2. Interior O-line, is anyone else not panicking about this group?
3. LB's, can they cover the intermediate passes and still stuff the run?

Vaccaro (Polamalu-esque trending of late?)

Edebali

Most of the other guys I'm pretty set on what they can do.

I am all about the oline tonight. I mean I want to see no pressure on brees and the running game working. right now that is the glaring weakness I see on the team

True, if Brees is still running for his life tonight, we may only be a top 10 unit on offense. If he has some protection, likely top 5 again.

It's all about the defense for me tonight; yet again...

This is the better offense they will face so far... Excited to see if the young secondary can keep it up...

Sadly I'm not gonna be able to watch this one live. The parents are in town to see their grandkids so I'll hopefully NFL Network will show a replay tomorrow. I'll be checking here for updates though!
