this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I thought they drafted Peat to take over RT. Well, I'm not saying Peat was a great pick, I'm just speculating why they passed on Peters. I guess they were trying to take a can't miss approach with the first ...

I thought they drafted Peat to take over RT. Well, I'm not saying Peat was a great pick, I'm just speculating why they passed on Peters. I guess they were trying to take a can't miss approach with the first pick but we can't tell if they missed or not because they won't use him at the correct position. Maybe they're just trying him out at guard during preseason just to see how he plays there....hopefully. As far as Anthony, I thought I read that he said he wasn't comfortable at MLB and that's why they shifted him over.
