Names we better hear on draft day.
There are some names I know we are all waiting to hear on draft day. I want to list some as names that we may hear, and won't be pissed about it if we stay at 16 and take. My list goes like this:
Thomas Davis Alex Barron Travis Johnson Antrell Rolle(Were He To Fall) Pac Man Jones(WHTF) Jamaal Brown Alex Smith(WHTF) Aaron Rodgers(WHTf) Outside of these names, staying at 16, I would be doing this at work the next day if I heard anyone else. :bigun2: Anybody else to add to the not going postal if we drafted at 16 list? This is also with the understanding DJ is long gone. |

Names we better hear on draft day.
my chart-
zero chance of being there at #16 but could not pass on(6)- benson, ronnie brown, cadillac, mike williams, braylon edwards, derrick johnson remote chance but could not pass on (5)- alex smith, aaron rodgers, alex barron, antrel rolle, pacman jones may or may not be there but would be nice scores(2)- thomas davis, jammal brown more likely available, maybe not a big score value wise but would fit in that range and fill need(2)- travis johnson, anttaj hawthorne some cornerbacks, de\'s, and wideouts measure up for that spot valuewise but i would hope to see a trade down before going for those |

Names we better hear on draft day.
I think there are some guys who have not got the name but would be better players...I don\'t want any player listed dumber than clarrett (we have too many idiots already..we need to get smarter)..I don\'t want anybody slow...so:
I think with the first pick: alex smith(alex smith), kevin burnett, heath miller, channing crowder, shaun cody, demarcus ware, antrelle rolle, derrick johnson (maybe thomas davis..but something about him worries me..just too overhyped) second round: luis casitllo, ronald bartell, barrret ruud, stanley wilson, or any of the othercharlie frye (gone by the green bay pick I betcha)s named abve that are left over third round wesley britt ( i really want this guy..he\'s better than advertised), kirk morrison, |

Names we better hear on draft day.
He reminds me of a bigger/stronger Stinchcomb. 6\'-8\" 350 pounders don\'t grow on trees. If his footwork improves he\'ll make a solid LT in a few years. If it doesn\'t he\'s still gonna be a solid RT for many years. Either way he\'d be an assett to the black and gold. |

Names we better hear on draft day.
So let me guess there some people out there think that Alex Smith will be there at 16? He won\'t be... so get over it.
Day one picks... round 1 I like Rolle and or Fabian Washington CB\'s at this point as first round picks. Round 2 WR Mathis out of Hampton Round 3 I like Adam Terry OT |

I guess SOME PEOPLE missed the WERE HE TO FALL designation after Alex Smith. Typical.

Names we better hear on draft day.
i do not think it likely for smith or rodgers but do think it possible. both grade out lower than manning, rivers, and rothlisberger. teams are less interested in the risk and development of qb\'s and want more immediate impact now guys. i won\'t be surprised to see them both out of the top 5 and one out of the top 10. 16? unlikely as i said. but i do think it could be a top story between now and draft day how they went from being 1 & 3 pick projections to 6 & 8 actuals. rolle is a much more sure top 10 pick than both of them.
the point of the thread is who are can\'t pass names in round one. |

I think we trade down to the bottom of the first and take Brodney Poole and pick up an extra pick. I\'m more focused on the second round though. Andrew Walter ASU QB will be a star. He has top 10 talent, but had a very poor supporting cast and throws the best deep ball in the class. He may move up to the bottom of the first round by draft day

D-buck Andrew Walter has had something wrong with his arm too right? thats why he went out of the first round. I personally want Kirk, but he would be a late second, and he will not fall to third. Also Euphoria, is this about Mathis because of his 40? I havent really heard of him, can you tell me more about him?
