I'm saying this to be friendly - it's not worth it.
Football isn't worth putting anything in life on hold. You may need a break. Be sure to take time off, even if it's just tuning it out during the offseason.

Years ago, I had to stop investing myself emotionally into my teams and found other things to do. Suddenly my personal and professional life improved.

I look at football as a journey rather than a sprint. Try to enjoy the game but don't put it in front of life - this is how you will get perspective. Football will always be there when you return - your "life" on the other hand may not be so go live it, even if you have to do it without football.

Lol - that's funny if you think I was collaborsting w AG to go after rez. Shows how delusional you are. Whatever I said was independent of his comments. Yes I heard your bye bye the 1st time but i ignored it. You obviously did too. Again - hypocrite! lol

Well said saint fan. Credit to the raiders for pulling a win from defeat, but this was a real hard game for all fans to swallow. Ive gone over top a couple times.
Really enjoy your post,and thoughts.

I thought the game was a lot better than most people thought it was going to be.

The defence is young, they will learn.

Credit to Lutz for handling a lot of pressure on young shoulders and he nearly won us the game. That was a great effort from 61 yards out.

It seemed strange following the game on Game Pass and listening to the Saints Radio station without Hokie being on there. He would have had plenty to say about todays game, God bless him.

Anyway, we still have 15 more games to play, so think positive. The season isn't over just because we are 0-1. Also, the Panthers and the Falcons lost today.

I think JP touched on it earlier but what the hell was JOHN JENKINS doing on that long running TD up the gut? He was tossed around like a rag doll.

No way this guy should be re signed. He's not a very good player.

Well, that is a good point. Im beating up on Lutz, but SP probably should have punted instead of giving field possition when he knew are D was struggling.

I'll be interested in Coach Payton's comments as it relates to Spiller (inactive today).

Maybe we package him in a trade for Aqib Talib.
