Rumor- Delvin Breaux Broken Fibula

Like I mentioned in the Game Day thread... Next week we go against a QB who threw 6 TD's against us last season WITH Breaux! Can't wait to see Crawley go up against OBJ.

Cruz and Odell were very good today and I agree, without a decent pass rush it's gonna be tough sledding next week.

Agreed. The defensive line is doing nothing to help the secondary. The Raiders lost two O-linemen today, and still no pressure from our defense.

SD also looks pretty good...
Be ready for an 0-4 start, doesn't get any easier either.

Can we give Crawley a chance before writing him off? He was thrown in there and had no time to gameplan for that matchup.

Who is writing Crawley off? He's simply not ready to start at this level. I'd have Cortland, insert Sterling Moore as starters and PJ in the slot. Harris would be my #4.

Cutting Finnegan for cap reasons was an error IMO. He certainly could have helped us today.

Crawley is a good cover corner but he isn't aggressive enough to be a starter or back up. He need to build his strength and become a aggressive tackler

I only count 3: DB40, Lewis and Wilson. All 3 were projected to be our starters. Pretty brutal, but seems to be the norm with this team. We have been snake bite since 2012.

Edit: just remembered about Swann, so that is 4 and each of them project to be active game day players. We went from being stacked with DBs to having none in a matter of weeks.

Speaking of former JETS ...Recent cut Dee Milliner is looking for a new home.
