Didn't the NFL change it to where it's the players decision whether or not to wear pink this year?

But we don't need uniform changes to bring attention to anything. Why not just use commercials?

I can see a time in the not too distant future that every week becomes some kind of social awareness promo.

Its phony.

Agree 100%
I think the breast cancer is purely a PR move from the league. Dont get me wrong anything that brings attention to it is good (my Mums beat cancer recently) but wearing pink cleats does little. If the league really wants to do something why dont they all agree that they'll donate x anount for every point scored or ticket sales will go to a charity. Not those that pay the directors bug money. Dont know what you have over here but here we have specialist nurses from McMillan a charity, they also give out money to those in need with cancer to help with changes life with cancer. Its very good

Yep, fund raising commercials during the month would help a lot more than pink accessories.

Radio entertainer Rush Limbaugh uses just 3 hours once each year to raise about 2 million for cancer. Can you imagine how much the NFL could raise with a month of commercials and an organized effort for donations worldwide using NFL celebrities? Wow!!!

I don't know how much they could raise, but I'd bet it would be astonishing.

Didn't know that,good on him

I think when it comes to the NFL much like Bono and Bob Geldof they like to tell you just how much they care and ask you to give to the poor and needy while sitting on $150ml and $600ml assets. The NFL cares,as do the players just dont ask to take out of our pot(We all know some players and the NFl does give some money) Gestures of pink cleats cost nothing

It just looks like the old road uniforms, to me. Kinda pointless.

My fav is still the all black. They look extra tough wearing it and looks cool. I think they have a good win record wearing them as well.

My favorite is the all black too.

But these white ones look great too in my opinion. I wish they'd replace the gold pants with these. I just have never really cared for those.

I agree!

The ice bucket challenge wasn't well organized or nothing but became a huge success because of how viral it became. Researchers all over the world has gotten a lot of resources and seem to be on the verge of several breakthroughs in the battle against ALS.
