Not going to be a pretty game vs. GI-aints

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I can see another really high scoring game. My worry is not Brees putting up numbers but the numbers coming the other way and the potential for Brees to think/need to do too much. When he has been forced to ...

My worry is not Brees putting up numbers but the numbers coming the other way and the potential for Brees to think/need to do too much. When he has been forced to be overly aggresive it can lead to turnovers. The good thing is now though he had receivers that will go and get the ball in Snead and Thomas.

Its simply going to boil down to the pressure that th dront 7 can get to not expose the front 7. If they can force Manning to just get rid he could easily put up 3 int's. Get enough pressure and we can win a shoot out. Dont and you are leaving inexpierenced backs exposed to Beckham/Cruz/Donell and Sterling

"Two receivers to the left, Garcon to the right. Manning in the shotgun, puts Collie in motion. Looks in his direction...it's picked off! It's picked off! It's Tracy Porter again! He's runnin' free! He's gonna go all the way!

the weapons have changed but with the exception of 2009 and 2013, Brees has always had to carry this team on his shoulders due to a horrific defense

I agree with that.
Im more talking on the game when its been bad and the offense has failed and he has had to be very aggresive and its cause him to make silly picks. Its not criticism of him him as he has had to try and make something happen. Its the type of QB he is,they will be games of T.O

Let it rain buckets. Our CBs need all the help they can get.

I'm kind of hoping for rain as well. If it does, give em a heavy dose of Ingram/Hightower.

We have the most prolific passing attack in the league, however we can't stop it .

I actually think this would be good for the Saints. Our offense would of done fine during Hurricane Katrina. Our defense is always a step behind so this may help them catch up. Eli is no where near as accurate as Brees.

The Giants have the WRs to kill us. They will be a test for our Oline too. Our DBs better be saying their prayers.
