Are the Saints the laughing stock of the NFL?

The only joke I see is the amount of key injuries we have compared to other teams every year... Still don't understand why that is.

Drafting players hoping they are over injuries doesnt help. They've drafted a fair few players of late in the hope there injuries were sorted

This has to be a decent candidate for worst thread of the year.
But to answer the actual question, no. The Saints are not the laughingstock of the league. Not even close.
