I, too, have seen about enough of Byrd. I've been as patient as one could be, as a fan, with him. He went from can't stay healthy, to can't make big plays even when healthy... And now, he is just a complete liability. He's never in position to make a play on the ball, and when he needs to make an open field tackle, he either whiffs or just falls down.

I'm done talking about "what if" with him. I don't need any more convincing that he is a bust. That's unfortunate, and very costly.

If I had a nickel for every time I heard that, the NFL would fine and suspend me.

I think Gruden even used those words, "complete liability", on air last night. They had him lining up 25 yards deep just to keep from the team from giving up the big play and yet they gave up big play after big play.

Maybe being called out on national T.V., by name, might just be enough to light enough to light a fire under his a@@. I wouldn't hold my breath but at 0-3, and a defense held together with ace bandages and surgical tubing, wishful thinking is the best thing we've got going for us.
