Byrd Has Been Benched

We all knew this was going to happen. I really never thought Byrd would make any impact because of the defense and how they had him lining up.

Regarding Spiller....i think we all expected him to look good and play well in whatever role he would be used in....too bad our front office is too blind too see it.

Glad Saints made the right decision and Byrd got the bench. We'd be 0-4 right now if we didn't have Bell in their to tackle hard and force the Gordon fumble.

Finally getting brave by benching a player. I waiting all season for them to bench browner and it never happened. Von bell looked much faster, more athletic in general and hits waaaaayyy harder.

FWIW, Byrd may have been benched but he is still a true professional. Noticed him coaching Bell on the sideline after that blown coverage TD.
