this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; The way he's thrown as of late, lots of int.'s, low balls, throwing behind recievers doesn't look like his arm is alive or strong. I think if he stays here next season this type of play will continue earlier next ...

The way he's thrown as of late, lots of int.'s, low balls, throwing behind recievers doesn't look like his arm is alive or strong. I think if he stays here next season this type of play will continue earlier next season than it has this season. Like Supertec says he needs to be surrounded with the style of game Denver did for Manning but I highly doubt Payton does this, then of course our D is nowhere near what Denver had either. I'm really thinking we better have plan B with a live arm ready to go.

Might be taking it too far. I haven't seen any noodle-arm passes that were the norm for Peyton in the last season and a half. Technically, Brees arm strength is likely still better than Brady's yet it's smooth sailing for the Pats offense.

This is true but there are more signs of an arm than being a noodle arm. I disagree respectfully about Brees arm likely better than Bradys arm but definatly agree about the Pats O. I thought Brees looked weak at times last season also. I know he threw for a ton just like this season but his zip isn't like it was.
