You have already had a championship and fortunately neither you or anyone else on this forum has any say whatsoever over the head coaching position with the Saints. Both Benson and Loomis love Payton and have no intention of parting ways despite meaningless speculation by a CBS Sports hack with a reputation for throwing as much crap against the wall as Ian Rapoport. The TEAM has been average at best the past three seasons. The head coach does not take the field. Given the number of key injuries this season and defensive shortcomings in the past two years, being average could be deemed as about as well as could have been done by any other coach.
