We've shaken it up some the last couple of years. We need even more shake up from the front office to the Pro scouting dept.

Send Loomis to the Pelicans full time and bring in a real Gm(not a bean counter) to run the front office and reign in Sean Payton and his tendencies to gamble in free agency and the draft. I'm sick of trading away draft picks for average players or over paying for Fleener. Talent evaluation is essential.

Second half adjustments are great and everything... but I really hope next season we start implementing first half gameplan's too.
