I'm watching a defense that appears to be ready for the off season. No pass rush, no fight whatsoever.

Everyone is WIDE OPEN. And yes, Bell has been bad all season.

Bell is a rookie and a second round choice that has had ups and downs. He needs some seasoning and a better supporting cast not named Harper.
