We are damaged goods but that is not Payton's fault.......loyalty to under performing players and coaches doesn't help though.

I feel your frustration. This is going to be 7-9 for the 4th time in the last 5 seasons. We're stuck in mediocrity. Not good enough to make the playoffs but not bad enough to get a high draft pick. I know drafting a guy in the top 5 doesn't guarantee he'll be good but if you make the right pick that early you're looking at a stud. Add that to our horrible cap situation and it's the reason we seem to be running in place year after year.

Front office, coaching staff or both, changes need to be made this offseason.

Who do you want with the first pick? Edge rusher, LB, corner, GUARD?

Half of to do list done..dont look like i missed much..good job on a 1000 yrd season Ingram. And congrats to our rookie WR. At least something came out of this nightmare.
