honestly at this point reboot, i'd rather win 4 or 5 games next year but trade people away for a ton of picks. if we trade sean, trade drew to texans or someone else. get 4-6 picks for drew over 2 years and let the rebuilding begin, take a flyer on glennon and go from there

I feel your frustration. This is going to be 7-9 for the 4th time in the last 5 seasons. We're stuck in mediocrity. Not good enough to make the playoffs but not bad enough to get a high draft pick. I know drafting a guy in the top 5 doesn't guarantee he'll be good but if you make the right pick that early you're looking at a stud. Add that to our horrible cap situation and it's the reason we seem to be running in place year after year.

Front office, coaching staff or both, changes need to be made this offseason.

Ryan is playing like Drew usually plays. Picking the d apart at will and using a lot of different receivers!

This is just so wrong! Oh Well, roll on next season!
