Expected to miss four months. That would include rookie minicamp and OTA's. No big deal in the long run, but a tiny bit concerning.

"By their recent standards, the Saints took a small step forward on defense last season, but they really only went from "worst" to "almost the worst." They simply have to get better on that side of the ball if they want to be more than a .500-range team, even with a great offense. Thomas can be a terror as a pass-rusher, but he's a pretty complete player and simply makes you better."

Here's the thing with this year's draft - Will Cleveland, San Francisco and Chicago stay disciplined and take the BPA or will owner's and luxury suite/season ticket politics push these teams to reach for QBs???

I suspect that if one takes a QB, you'll see an early run because you have two other playoff teams downstream Texans & Broncos who are feeling that their QBs are limiting their respective team's success...

Not to mention you've got two potential playoff teams in the Jets and Bills who are directly limited by their QB play...

Then you've got 'Zona who'd really like to get some youth at the position and not deal with the imminent retirement and fragility of Carson Palmer any longer...

So there's teams there who'll pull the trigger and maybe don't want to draft overrated QBs in Watson and Kizer...

It's more the latter teams would not be reaching for some of those quarterbacks which may make those in front of us reach and allow some impact defenders to fall to us...

I would not be surprised to see all the QB still on the board at 11

which would be a good thing. Browns probably would use that second first on the #1 rated QB on their board. So if any team below them, say the cards? then a quick flip of picks that involve a few places would be an option. I still love our spot. Any way I do the mock we are always sitting good.
