Not to rehash on this subject but it's bad drafting over the years, lack of talent and coaching (see coaches that were recently fired) that makes for 3 straight 7-9 seasons. Modern medicine has proven training at altitude is better for endurance than training at sea level in hot humid conditions. Facts.

The Seahawks train in Renton, Wash. During late July/ early August, the average low temp is 59 and the high is 74 & the hated Cows practiced in Oxnard ,CA for years (until they built the posh new facilities here in Frisco). I can't think of anyone that's questioned these teams toughness the last 5 years.

It's talent and coaching, not location.

Modern medicine = speculation only. Modern medicine= no medical cure for for lots of things, medical cure at some things. I'm sure there are tons of things written about this subject but actually proving it is impossible. You can also look at the SEC, they train in the heat and have produced some pretty good teams over the years. Facts. Drafting the right players I agree along with coaching. In working in heat I see people get frustated easily and makes them easily aggitated which in return they have to dig down a little deeper to finish that job, in posh conditions that I also work in from time to time everyone seems to be less concerned because of the conditions walking around joking, laughing so to speak. I'll take heat anyday to toughen my mental state and sweat out any impurities I have in my body, actually does the body good.
