In working in heat I see people get frustated easily and makes them easily aggitated which in return they have to dig down a little deeper to finish that job, in posh conditions that I also work in from time to time everyone seems to be less concerned because of the conditions walking around joking, laughing so to speak. I'll take heat anyday to toughen my mental state and sweat out any impurities I have in my body, actually does the body good.

You can tell 7-9 is desperate to find a solution because he is feeling the heat. Fires 3 coaches after he is told he needs to make a change or he is next. Puts in a social media blocker before games. Changes location of camp. Dude is desperate to find a solution. The heat is on

I have no doubt he doesn't want to be 7-9 anymore. I don't think he likes losing. Who does? I think he can still coahc and I hope he can turn it around here, but look what happen to Gruden in Tampa. Sometimes man you have a plan for your team but nothing works out and you keep churning mediocrity. I hope that is not what continues to be with SP, I mean he has been losing for 3 straight years. Long time bro. If it doesn't turn around this season would you really have any confidence left he was the answer?
