He'll be as good as his oline is at opening holes.

Dang!! I'm one of those who didn't't get to see much of him. Would be nice to have him. He reminds me of Herchel Walker. Maybe the Vikes will draft him as AD's successor.
Question though: how he do vs top 10 teams or defenses over his career? Would be cool to know.

His straight line speed is scary for a dude his size.

His cutback ability is ok.

His RB field vision is sub-par.

His character hasn't been questioned much.
Seems like a good, hard working kid.

In the right offense, he could be a monster.

If he is asked to create?
Worrisome.

LSU has had terrible QBs and rely on him. Held up against any talent but of course, the better the team, the lower the projection. The real fear for the Saints is if he ends up in Carolina. They seem to want him. In any case, he was everything you wanted in Reggie Bush. We shall see after the combine how he rates. Could easily be one of the highest RB drafted in the past few years.

I don't understand what this means.

Fournette and Bush are extremely dissimilar RBs in style and frankly, in character.

I watched every down that LF played at LSU.

I saw only one trait that is at all similar to RB.

They both had breakaway speed.

They both lacked field vision against quality defenses.

They both relied on superior OL play to create gaping run lanes.

They both struggled to produce against solid defenses.

I am a Geaux Tiger guy all day long but I saw what I saw.

I could be wrong but I doubt it.
