The dynamics are so different than that of most franchises. Benson, and Gayle, both love Payton and Loomis. Probably more than they do certain members of their own family. Name another coach that can have a team go 7-9, 11-5, 7-9, 7-9 and be given a new contract. Payton will only leave when he is ready.
