this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; 1) #11--- mccaffrey- rb Stanford 1) #32---trubisky- qb NC So I know they are smoking crack with this mock but how would you feel if the saints made these picks?...

I love the idea of getting McCaffrey but at this point in time, if the Saints use the #11 on an offensive player, I'm gonna be disappointed no matter who it is.

I believe we should draft the best player available, but given the state of this team, I would say the BDPA (best defensive player available) for the first 3 rounds.
There are some nice-looking RB's in this draft, but to be honest we could fill that spot with a good budget free agent signing or two, rookie or someone that shakes loose from another team. WR I hope we can find a young gym rat type like Chris Hogan or Wes Welker. The kind of guy that we haven't had since Lance Moore. |
