Due to them not being regulated by the FDA they can put banned chemicals in the product without labeling it. Companies have been caught and fined for doing this, and this is done in some of the most popular pre-workouts.

As a professional athlete I would have all of my supplements tested by a 3rd party. Do we not remember the starcaps issue from years ago?

Would love to have Foster, hoping he slides, would be a great pick at 32.

What pre-workouts? Btw I heard pre-workouts are not good for you anyway and it's not necessary. A psychology professor said this.

Foster is using an UFC talent agency FRM (First Round Management) and some wannabe Joe Schmoe named Malki Kawa out of Miami?

Then again, so is OT Denver Kirkland (UDRFA) and CB LaDarius Gunter (UDRFA), already in the NFL; and 2017 prospects TE David Njoku, CB Jalen Tabor, SS Josh Jones, FS Xavier Woods, RB Brandon Radcliff, DE Standish Dobard...

Curious to see if the agency affects some of these folks' draft position; Reuben agent is did not choose wisely in his agent...

And what's up with Foster's twitter handle? FerrariFoster? WTF is that about?

This is probably not as funny to others as it is to me right now, but I couldn't help but notice that this thread was started on 4/20 and we are talking about a guy possibly smoking pot and trying to cover it up.

As far as the football side of whether he'd be worth the risk, I'd have to say he's not worth it for a high pick. I'm all for second chances and all that good stuff. But we've seen way too many talented athletes get busted for pot, and then they get busted again, and again, and again. It's one thing to talk about character issues, but if you're addicted to any sort of banned substance, you are a high risk of being out of the league in a couple of years. I couldn't take that gamble in the first 3 rounds.

You guys know that there are liquids you can consume to flush away traces of THC from your body in 48 hours?!

I've got personal experience from my misguided youth that those products work, at least on the standard urine test.

We don't need a basket case on the team. We released JG because the writing was on the wall after he signed a huge contract. Don't make the same mistake on a guy if you can avoid the headache. Let him go to Oakland or Dallas. They seem to love thugs.

To go from drinking a bunch of water MAYBE trying to cover something up to thug is a bit of a walk. Graham needed to be gone because Drew forgot to throw to anybody else when he was on the field.

True. But Burningmetal has a point. It's not that pot is that big of a deal. It's the poor decision making and untimeliness of the decision if he did use a banned substance. It shows that he has maturity issues and if he's already making those decisions, it's a gamble.

I'm not saying the guy isn't a good LB. But if falls to us and is drafted, I hope they do their homework on him.

I know I'm probably dreaming, but I'm gonna go with they are doing their homework on everybody. As it's an LB we're talking about, I'm sure Nolan's gonna do a colonoscopy on the kid first and he's going to get whoever he wants the most and thinks will be the best. And that he'll get the most out of that whoever.

Foster would be ideal here if we didn't already have Mark Ingram. McCaffrey would be a better fit.
