Re: Saints NFL 2017 Draft Days In Game Discussion

Good morning fellas! I purposely stayed off social media last night and just sat back and enjoyed the first round. I could not be happier with how things played out! Lattimore and Ramczyk were absolutely perfect picks!

Lots of edge rushers with starter potential still available so be patient guys. We're doing great so far.

I am just one of those people that think you always take the best talent available and that will help you much more than drafting for need. I liked what we did with our first two picks. No way to know if either will pan out, but they were good picks based off of where we were at and the situations surrounding all of that. I love offensive lineman. People on here have complained about how the Cowboys didn't get the sexy picks over the years but built their oline. Now we are doing the same and people are complaining. Being able to control the clock is also helpful to your D while they build to get better. I like these picks. If lattimore is over the hammies then man that kid looks like he could be really good

And look- at least we didn't draft a guy we never heard of out of the Nigerian semi-pro league.

Your team stinks

one other good thing was the recent layoffs at ESPN, means their product is being recognized as garbage and they're losing money. Thank God. I don't even watch them anymore

Only problem was they kept the freaks, loud mouths, and social agenda types...

So this should pretty much speed up the drive off the cliff for them...

Im disapointed that we missed out on one of the top DE still. If we can grab McDowell

CBS R2 mock

I will be a angry man

New Orleans Saints
DeShone Kizer , QB, Notre Dame Fighting Irish : At some point, the Saints need to plan for life after Drew Brees -- maybe that day is Friday.

NFL Mock

Josh Jones - S
School: N.C. State. Heavy hitter with outstanding physical traits continues the Saints' defensive revamp.

76. New Orleans Saints: Chris Godwin, WR, Penn State

103. New Orleans Saints: Brad Kaaya, QB, Miami

Yuk,wouldn't touch Kaaya with a 60ft stick
