I keep hearing how fast and strong Anzelone is, but I don't see it. I've watched these video packages several times last night and this morning. Even in his highlight packages, he looks slow and weak. There was only one play that was slightly impressive. I'm afraid he will never become more than a really good special teams guy.

If you watch the Tim Williams video, there are moments that make you gasp. There are plays that you want to see him make in a Saints uni. I can see his speed and ability and can only envision him in the face of Matt Ryan, Cam Newton, and Jameis Winston.

It's only my opinion, but this one seems obvious to me. The Ravens don't usually miss on linebackers, either.

They didn't move up, they exchanged this year's 7th and next year's 2nd for the pick to get the RB.

Pretty much the chart value for when they took the guy, and if he turns out to be something similar to what Thomas or Sproles was - then no one will question the pick couple of years from now.

It's a roll of a dice like all picks.

Marcus Williams (UTAH) is a pick I really like. Outside of Hooker, he could be the best FS out of the the 2017 draft.

18 turnovers over the last 3 years. Impressive.

He and Lattimore should help improve a shaky secondary.

4.63 in the 40 is pretty quick for a LB...

In a way, reminds me of "Can't guard Mike Thomas" selection from last year. Played for a school that didn't fully use his talents 100%. Untapped potential and value. Could end up as a stronger, faster version of the great Pierre Thomas.

I think Sean Payton has a solid plan for him in this offense.

I heard quite a bit about Kamara over the past two weeks on NFL Radio. More than one analyst compared him favorably to Sproles without connecting him to the Saints. Beyond Ingram and AD we really didn't have another RB that I felt was able to contribute enough to warrant the roster spot. Kamara could be the piece to bring our offense back to the 2009 and 2011 levels.

Sitting here listening to Anzalones phone call into the Saints draft show. If nothing else he seems like a smart kid who definitely knows his football. Understands his strengths and weaknesses, but is willing to play wherever he is needed to the best of his ability.

I'm interested in seeing him on the field in the preseason!

I'm happy with the draft so far. We didn't draft a QB and thus my computer lived to see another day.

Why pass on Malik Mcdowell @ 32 to draft a tackle that probably would have been there for us in the 2nd round.....Trey from FAU we waited for a PR but hopped on the O-linemen early...they must really think we are solidified at DE
