The shoulder issues were several years in the past. His latest injury was a broken forearm. Broken bones heal stronger than the were originally. Broken bones are simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time. They can happen to any player. I have no concerns at all about his health.

Other sources around the Gators program speak very highly of Anzalone as being a hard worker with good character. Even though he was injured, Anzalone was considered a team leader in 2015 and was a vocal tone-setter on the sideline.
