Tampa Bay moves up two notches and selects Cedric Benson RB. The Bucs fear the top 3 rb\'s will go 1-2-3 right in front of them. They select Benson over Cadillac no matter how much Gruden loves Cadillac hype has been handed out.

Tampa trades #36 (2nd Rd) for Cleveland\'s #103 (4th Rd)

Browns have so many needs they can still get a player they want like Derrick Johnson, Rolle, or QB in 2 picks. They get an additional 2nd to do so. Don\'t discount this acquired pick being traded as well to get more picks.

This could easily become a historic trade-down draft.
