Yea I would say our guard positions are more important than our left and right guard positions the way Drew steps up in the pocket.

The elite pass rushers in the NFL aren't coming up the middle, they are coming off the edge.

lol I meant guards not L and R tackle. If I had my choice of where to elite players go I would want them at guard. The LT still needs to be on point, not saying that position doesn't need attention.

I'd choose the latter (tackle). Circle back to last season. When Armstead was injured, Peat moved from GUARD to LEFT TACKLE. Coach Roushar plugged in someone else to play G. Again, the nasty edge rushers in the NFL are coming off the edge, not up the middle.

I think Peat will see a lot of time at tackle to protect #9's blind side.
