LaBron James Poll

I voted for LeBron to be blamed. As I said before, he was clearly in the wrong for accepting the jersey\'s. Even if he didn\'t know it was against the bylaws. If he was about capitalizing on his fame, he would have been in Los Angeles or New York last weekend signing multimillion-dollar contracts instead of sitting on the bench with his team. I think that speaks volumes about the young man\'s character.

On another note. As predicted earlier, he was reinstated.

LeBron James can put his high school jersey back on for at least a few more games.

\"It confirms our belief that the he never should have been suspended,\" said James\' attorney, Fred Nance.

The 18-year-old senior, expected to be the No. 1 pick in this year\'s NBA draft, still must sit out at least one more game, and his eligibility remains in question pending another court hearing Feb. 19.

Summit County Judge James Williams issued a temporary restraining order to the Ohio High School Athletic Association ruling last week. Williams said James would suffer \"immediate and irreparable injury\" without the order.

St. Vincent-St. Mary was allowed to decide what game James will miss, and it picked the one on Feb. 23, four days after the hearing when Williams will grant a permanent injunction or go to trial.

I too voted. My vote was for the mother. Here we have a lady that is unemployed yet can borrow $50,000.00 for a Hummer. My vote would have been for All of the above , had it been there. This whole mess isn\'t one persons blame. It\'s time for all involved to take their share of the blame.

P.S. I need the name and address of the bank and loan officer. I can always use some free money. :P

It\'s just gonna get worse Gator. They\'re be another LeBron next year or the year after that, etc, etc. Pro sports are getting younger and youner. College\'s are the same in the way that they treat kids when it comes to making $$$\'s off of\'em. Heck, Chris Leak was offered a scholarship when he was in the 8th grade. I\'m not sure what to do about it. The kids are pimped out and made money off of the same way the kids in school and girl scouts and other organizations do it to those kids. It\'s nuts.......

I voted for Lebron himself to shoulder the blame here. It\'s easy to blame someone else for your own mistakes. I realise that he is a young kid and is probably overwhelmed by all of the attention he is getting but , he is not too young to know right from wrong. With all of the stories involving recruiting violations being broacast accross the country, how can he not know accepting gifts was wrong? The worst thing about this is that Lebron, his mother, the high school are not going to be hurt by this. The people who will be hurt the most by this are his teammates on the high school team. After having to play the whole season in Lebron\'s shadow, they now get to try to win a championship without him.

Yes, LeBron is to blame for the jersey fiasco. He should\'ve known better. He was reinstated. He stuck by his teammates. He could\'ve taken the millions when they suspended him, but he didn\'t. Says a lot about him.

TRENTON, N.J. (AP)—
A referee is under investigation after he posed for a photograph on the court with high school star Lebron James following a tournament game last weekend.

While no written rule was violated, it is accepted practice that officials do not pose for pictures with players. He said he spoke with Tony Celantano, who concluded he should have shown better judgment.

Dumont expects a ruling in two days to a week. He declined to specify what sanctions could be imposed. Celantano, 27-year veteran, remains eligible to officiate, Dumont said.

Talk about rediculous. A 27-year vet ref investigated for NOT breaking a rule.
