No. Not putting words in your mouth at all. You have no clue what Brees would do, but you insist that he would definitely skip out if the Saints went 7-9 again. The term that I was referring to is called Psychological Projection and deals with negative situations. You are clearly frustrated with three straight years of 7-9. You truly have no idea what Brees would ever do yet you claim you do. That is projecting your undesirable feelings or emotions onto someone else. Basically the clinical definition of Psychological Projection.

I cannot count the number of times on this forum that you have repeated that exact same projection.

Where would Brees geaux where he'd have full reign as he does with the Saints?

Even the teams that are desperate enough to give Brees that kind of cache, could they be as competitive and protect him at this point of his career?

He undoubtedly has financial security for him and his family, what he needs is to add to his resume in the last chapters of his career while still be compensated with a number that doesn't embarrass him or the Saints...
