Re: 2017 Saints training camp beast - who is yours?
Beast: Coleman. That is hopefully, because we really need another corner of the endzone goal line guy that can do a physical matchup nightmare for 6' CB for jump balls.
Bust: GG...if the Browns game was any indicator, he ain't got "it". I'd like to see what Nassib does following Daniel the next game and give him a shot at #3 with tendencies to be a #2. That TD was a dart, I'd like to see what he does with some 1st line guys catching the ball. He's been under Manning since coming into the league and I think he's had a good upbringing so far. I'm guessing the only reason he hasn't supplanted GG was because his 3rd round draft choice rank and the management hoping he becomes worthy of that pick (I doubt it though). I'll give GG credit though, he did throw a touchdown in that Browns game, but for Ted Ginn Jr and his worse than stone hands. That's the Bust 1a selection, Let TLL be the speed guy, at least he can catch! |

Tommy Lee Lewis is a pleasant surprise, and Rankins has been a beast in the games... He has what; three batted passes?!
