At the end of the day, good coaches like Payton, will assess the assets and liabilities of his personnel and deploy them to maximize success, minimize failure...
Dennis Allen is learning too; and it's on him to make the leap as a coach and not be stagnant in scheme/thinking, but take what he's got and make it work... And judging from last season, there were several games that the Saints made terrific halftime adjustments and really put the clamps on teams at times... DA will get even better with his new staff additions... |

I'm pretty sure we use all of them off and on, as most teams do.
The list is simply base defenses. No team stays in the same scheme all game long. |
