Why now? I'm down with trading him but figured they would try and get a player that can help us now even if it is just a backup or developmental player. It's not like Anthony's stock was going to rise or fall during the span of the season. He kind of just is who he is.

Anthony wasn't the failure, the Saints were. Wasn't his fault they didn't know how to use him or coach him up. Maybe he'll have better luck in Miami.

Before this season, I would've agreed with you but look at all the Linebackers we've brought onto the squad and passed him. Robertson, Stupar, Klein, Te'o, Anzalone all have less time with the team but are ahead of him on the depth chart.

Our pantry is so empty at cornerback. We just gonna run zone the entire season and play man with our shrimp corners only when we need to get burnt?

Liked him, hope he does well and has a great career. Hopefully he gets a chance to play, regardless of what some say, I think he has a chance to stay in the league a while. Hope we can make the most of the pick.

I do. He was well ahead of Anzalone before he was injured. Anzalone makes way too many boneheaded mistakes which is why he was replaced by Robertson Sunday.
