NO!
I like Brooks and I don\'t think Ramsey is starter quality. Howard for Ramsey Straight up? Maybe. It would be interesting to see what Ramsey could do with an offense the OPPOSITE of what Wash does though? And I admit Brooks needs someone to be threatening to take his job in order to maybe get the best out of him yet. |

If one of the stud qbs were still around at the 11th pickk then yes I would probably do it -- that wat we would get 2 good young QBs -- tehy could duke it out and the loser is a backup or traded

I would seriously be considering McPhearson as a second rounder. This kid has natural talent instinct and athleticism. What he did in college was wrong but who the hell is perfect. I think we need an athlete that can threaten Aarons position. Then we can sit back and enjoy the road to the playoffs. We have great talent at all skill positions on offence. And a leader that is very comfortable with being 8-8. Whoever gives this kid a chance is going to end up with one hell of an athlete. If it wasnt for his troubles he would without a doubt be the first pick in this years draft.

I agree Baron, going after McPherson would be a waste of a 2nd round pick, especially since we have so many other needs such as LB, OL, DC, and DT. Besides, we have enough shady characters on this team, let\'s not draft another one. I am more in favor of drafting a high character guy like David Greene in a later round, but maybe that\'s just me.

I\'d rather get david greene or walter later than reach for someone we really don\'t need...esp. when we have glaring holes right now. I could be wrong though and he could be great..but I don\'t think the kid would stand a chance in the big easy.

I agree that there are more important needs. But can you remember us passing on Tom Brady in the 6th round of the 2000 draft for Marc Bulger? I think it was because of his thin frame and lack of athletic ability. Seems to me that sometimes a longshot instead of a hotshot might be what we need down here.

if we take macpherson before the third-i\'m going to laugh, and laugh and laugh...
I also remember taking sullivan ahead of trufant and several other talented players. so nothings a given, but you don\'t gamble to much. |
