Side note - I'll be curious to see if the Jags exercise Bortle's 5th year option. 1 pentaly for 10 yds vs 98 yards. IMO, pass interference needs to be 15 yards, automatic first down. Judgement calls similar to "defensive holding" (5 yards + 1st down) already do that.
