I would not trade up for him but if he is there I would jump all over it. How much sh@# talking would be going on with him and coach Payton together?

Now is not the time to draft a replacement for Drew. All of the players from the last two drafts will come due for a second contract at around the same time. I read an interesting article about spreading the cap around that was informative about making sure that all contracts don't come due at the same time.
We need to worry about filling the weak spots on the roster with our draft picks while Drew is still going to the Pro Bowl.
