Re: Saints position outlook: While New Orleans' secondary is strong, it could get even better
^^^ Promising stat. Marcus Williams is one guy I'm not really worried about. Throw out the Vikings missed tackle, he was really good in 2017.

Never heard of a Rookie Safety earning that high of a grade - another guy that should've gotten consideration for Defensive Rookie of the Year... The backfield is pretty well set; now if Vonn Bell could step up in his third season as well as one of our other corners in the slot - wow-wee... And I'd say this secondary gets better if we get some more help for Cam on the Defensive Line... |

You can never have enough dawgs on defense. |

But you're thinking Strong Safety, Major? You don't think the two-picks-to-get Vonn Bell can get it turned around in B&G? |

He's getting better. I will say he is a very good blitzer but not quite as good as KVac is in the slot. Year #3 will be important for Bell. I'm still looking for a young gun who can operate in 2 high cover.

Penciling Vonn Bell in as the starter scares me big time. He reportedly has very high football IQ but why is he so bad in coverage?
