Side note - any news on the rehab with Okafor this off season? The initial "burst" is critical at his position. He's relatively young so hopefully he will heal fast. |

Okafor signed with the Saints last year on a one-year deal and was enjoying a breakout season before suffering a torn Achilles in November. He finished the year with 4 1/2 sacks through 10 games. He is said to be recovering well from the injury and the hope is that he'll be ready to play by the start of the season. Saints general manager Mickey Loomis was even more optimistic, placing the timeline at the start of training camp during an appearance on WWL radio. Update: From Nick Underhill, no relation to Ted Underhill... |

Re: 2018 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
John Fullington, Landon Turner, and Ryan Ramcyzk were at Strief's retirement party a few weeks back. Fullington is a really nice guy. He and Turner are no where near Ram's size. I was standing next to Ram when talking to Fullington and didn't even realize someone was next to me until Fullington pointed him out. And someone in NOLA knows how to make some serious "Skyline" chili. I asked Strief about it and he didn't name the chef/caterer. If you've never had it, order some
