I really don’t see anything that we have done this offseason to improve this team.

We got a good first round pick at a position of need but broke the bank on him. Seems like they were just playing with house money in Benson’s absence.
FA wasn’t any better. We pick up a decent “when healthy” veteran and an aging TE. I do like having Watson back but I don’t see him being a game changer.
We pick 2 CBs to throw into an already crowded backfield and a RB that we plain out don’t need.
We’ve ALWAYS found solid depth backs in UDFA. This guy ain’t no Ingram.

Please point out some positives

You mean the team who was one play from the NFCCG last year? The team returning 22 starters?

What did you feel we should have addressed?

We just don't have a ton of needs anymore.

Still, we upgraded both our LB and WR.
We filled in at TE and signed 6-9 TE Nate Wozniak!
We were the most injured team in the NFL last playoffs.
We didn't lose anybody of importance.
We are not depending our our #1 pick to own the defense to succeed.
We've had 2 solid NFL drafts back to back.

Dude.... you're hard to please. Put down the booze it is Sunday.

Is this a serious post?

Good Lord.

There's the "The Dude" I remember. Someone hijacked your account for a bit last year and was posting as you. I knew it couldn't be though because that guy was somewhat positive. And if there's one thing I've come to learn about you it's that the sky is always falling.

Upgraded every position group on the team.
We lost no one
We have numerous young promising players returning
Were you paying attention, or just craving attention?

Are you serious? I think you need to explain what they should've done a better job of. It'd be easier for you to argue your own points than wait for someone else's logic to change your mind. Can you explain you're position on the off season and what you think should've been done?

Should have at least bundled some of those later picks and try to stockpile some for next year. 2 players make this roster and that’s only because they pretty much have to keep Laquan to save face.

First, our coaching staff stayed in-tact; we have a coaching staff among the best in all of football...

Second, we brought in a wiser, better Patrick Robinson who was among the best nickel CBs last year to upgrade the nickel and make our secondary among the best...

Third, it may be TE by committee, but we brought back a veteran tight end and two promising UDRFA that should make the position very competitive, stronger...

Fourth, an under-the-radar draft pick is S Natrell Jamerson, an absolute ball hawk, an upgrade at safety to the two-draft pick expensed Vonn Bell...

Jamerson's a terrific gunner on kick coverage and can return punts in a pinch; Natrell will be a difference maker by season's end...

Fifth, he'll need more strength and better technique (coaching), but we found an able replacement for interior swing offensive lineman in Will Clapp...

Sixth, we signed a terrific veteran swing safety in Kurt Coleman who upgrades our safety group with a better disciplined approach in the secondary...

Seventh, we got a 1-A receiver as our slot receiver for only 5mil/year who should solve a lot of last season's headaches on third downs and red zones...

I'm not happy with the draft as a whole, in fact, I'm disappointed and skeptical of the return we'll get on the first round pick...

Nor did I like overpaying for a MLB who's only had one positive graded season in the NFL and is now in essentially his fifth defense...

But I appreciate the opportunity to be fair and point that there are many positives to a team that lost in the playoffs in the final minutes at a tough stadium...
