The agent says they know the substance that triggered the positive test is on the banned list, but they are also saying it is included in the substances that are permissible. As I just stated, it appears that Ingram's prior agent screwed up and Ingram prbably thought he'd had permission. That would explain his firing his agent and appealing the test. If this is the way things went down Ingram could have grounds to sue his prior agent.
