These guys Always appeal the suspension, they never win the appeal, and they are ALWAYS innocent. C'mon man, not fooling anyone. Just take your lumps, bc to me, the denial makes it worse.

Now I'm sure Guido will have an answer as to why I am wrong, and this is a different situation. So let's hear it, but I ain't buying it.

Mark is paid millions of dollars to know what he is allowed to do and not allowed to do. Mark the shark is looking for a new contract while doing drugs.

How do you know he didn't take Sudafed. Sudafed is harmless and it's also banned by the NFL. Don't jump to conclusions. We don't know what he took.

Products such as hair growth and fertility treatments are also banned but can be exempted. Given the fact that he just fathered his third child the first could be the culprit. He might have been trying to get rid of that balding spot.

He is absolutely suspended. For how long may still be a question. And what the cause of the failed test was is also relevant. As I mentioned before, using Rogaine to help grow back a bald spot isn't quite as severe as taking powerful horse steroids, yet both are banned substances. The first can be exempted, however. The second cannot.

I don't care if he took sudafed, cocain or steroids, it doesn't matter, he is suspended anyway. It is his job and personal responsibility to know what he puts in his body and if it is allowed or not.

I played 18 years and got tested 1-2 times every year (WADA rules), that made me have to be very aware of everything I ate. The only time that was even remotely an issue thou was regarding medicines or supplements. And if i could do it as an amateur I would expect him as a pro to be able to.

That highlighted sentence is right at the crux of the matter. It sounds like he may have used some medication that he was sure was permissible. As I surmised before, if his agent was supposed to send in the TUE form giving him permission and didn't it would explain why Ingram fired him shortly after the results were relayed back to Ingram.

Have you read anything about this yet or just going off a headline or two? Of course he knows what he's allowed to do. The agent says they know the substance that triggered the positive test is on the banned list, but they are also saying it is included in the substances that are permissible. As I just stated, it appears that Ingram's prior agent screwed up and Ingram prbably thought he'd had permission. That would explain his firing his agent and appealing the test. If this is the way things went down Ingram could have grounds to sue his prior agent.
