Peyton Manning says 'ultimate pro' Drew Brees deserves to set record for passing yards
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Just imagine the numbers he would have put up if he played his entire career with Sean Payton! Before he came to New Orleans he was just average and that was why the Chargers drafted Phillip Rivers....

I remember reading an article from Nola a few years back and Rodney Harrison (former team mate with Drew) was very outspoken on the state of their franchise at that time. He basically said the Chargers front office was "dumb" to let Brees, himself as well as Junior Seau (Hall of Famer) leave.
Not to take anything away from Phillip because he's been extremely good (13+ years later) in San Diego , however he has yet to deliver that coveted Lombardi trophy we have with Brees in NOLA  .
