Despite a lackluster performance to date, even more interesting to see if Taysom Hill has the moxie to pull it together and show some progression...

Taysom Hill will secure his roster spot as a special teamer & not as a back up QB.

Either or but not both.

Great point. It's still real early - hell, we've not even played any pre-season games; but he's got to show tremendous progress in his QB game...

Not just injuries, but this is why they've brought in veteran WRs on the back-end...

Savage will most likely be the number two QB with Hill playing special teams and honing his QB skills.

Saints aren't going to have a #2 QB who takes countless snaps on s/t at the same time. If Hill legitimately earns the back up spot, he'll be done with special teams. From what I've read so far, Hill has been very inaccurate at QB & continues to make poor decisions behind center.

We all want Hill to succeed but based off production thus far, Savage is the only guy who has shown to be a legitimate back up QB behind #9.
