I'm sure they have researched this, but I'm having a hard time with the "science". Essentially you are rapid cooling the body which is going to have issues when you go back out in the heat. I was raised in Western Canada with extreme cold......I know that when you give in and go warm up, your tolerance when you return is greatly diminished. Would this not be the same???
