Hey, has anybody been at training camp? I want to know why Davis is playing the WILL LB spot instead of the MIKE. Is Manti Te’o balling out that hard? I really hope so.

League is a 60/40 passing league now and the nickel is essentially the base package now... Because of Davis' and Anzalone's speed, they will cover running backs, even slot receivers coming their way in motion, out in those flats... The CBs are basically staying back, knocking down the long throws... |

3 rds of DB drills & not 1 dropped ball. Scott looks precarious in both punt return & pass drills. Couple of drops & even more bobbled catches. Nerves maybe?

I believe this is the first time I’ve seen mention of what Davenport’s ailment is. “Pulled groin”... Lord we don’t have luck with the groin injury diagnosis so hopefully this is benign. |

Can’t say I’m upset so far. 13 minutes left in the 2nd quarter and it’s 7-3. Defense looks to be a little behind but that is to be expected in the first preseason game. Drew would of hit AK and we would of had a touchdown instead of a Field goal.
