False. His mother is a Liberian immigrant who had to flee the country before their civil war broke out. Maybe he’s just lamenting the socioeconomic status of an African nation that his mother can no longer call home.

Doesn't really ruffle my feathers. I'd rather not see him associate with a washed up, overrated joke of a QB. Because he himself is a superstar and he plays with the greatest QB of all time, so why would you want to associate yourself with garbage? I mean all politics to the side, Colin was only a brief flash in the pan who got exposed as the horrible QB he really was pretty quickly.. Anyway, back on topic. Yeah I don't really care. I assume from the start that I almost certainly disagree with many of the players political views. I don't need to agree with them to enjoy watching them play. It was after the game and he didn't launch into some political tirade or anything, so whatever.

That kinda makes sense. But wouldn't "Make Africa Great Again" be better?
