That is the 12-4 question.

I love it. Finally people are looking at this roster and noticing just how much young talent we actually have. The best news of all that now the concensus must be that Haslett has more than enough talent to go deep in the playoffs.

?????

This team has had enough talent to go to the playoffs every year for the last 4. They've had enough talent to go "deep" into the playoffs at least 2 of those 4, maybe 3. I'm not sure people are just realizing this team has playoff caliber talent. It has gotten younger over the last two seasons, I'll give you that. I think the record shows undeniably that most everyone on this site knows what the main problem is - coaching.

I was referring to the "uninformed masses" that don't frequent this site. Listen to callers on local shows and they almost always state we have bad players, we can't draft, no talent...blah, blah, blah.

How much of it do yall think is the city?? Meaning all the partying and drinking. I understand a coach is supposed to keep things under control, but a good amount of the talent in the nfl is uncontrolable (TO for example), hence such a big emphasis on the character of the player we bring in (Fincher).

In no way do I think this is the total problem, but I think it plays a big part, especially when bringing in these young guys. Leadership should help (I think bringing in Mayberry will show many positives).

I also think the higher ups have something to do with our lack of success. I can't really back this up with anything, but I just wonder what Benson's granddaughter is like and if good changes will arise when Benson's proverbial bucket is kicked. Of course that is only if we can keep the team in the Big Heaz. Maybe we'll have a bunch of corporations relocate this year and help us out bc that is the real issue New Orleans faces on all fronts, no big business...I have obviously moved off the topic and will now digress.
